Artis HR are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity based in Bristol, L&D Consultant for a permanent position paying £30-35,000 pa.

To support the Learning & Development Team in the provision of the core learning and development skills calendar. To design, deliver and evaluate effective behavioural skills training. Develop innovative and engaging solutions. Responsible for contributing to the development, retention and enhancement of performance capability to support the achievement of the business goals.

Key Accountabilities:
*To proactively support the Learning & Development Manager in providing expert advice and guidance to all business areas on any behavioural training
*Design and facilitation of the core skills calendar adhering to the design and delivery principles defined by the Learning & Development Manager
*Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current methodologies, techniques, training best practice and training providers to ensure effective delivery of core skills calendar
*Deliver on bespoke project activity which provides opportunity to cut across both training design and delivery
*Create a blended learning approach to all solutions for the core skills calendar
*Delivery of Management & Corporate Induction calendar across the region, ensuring regional alignment
*Provides consultant services to all levels on career growth and development in order to promote a learning environment.
*Supports regulatory face to face training sessions where needed
*Develops learning opportunities for employees in the region to encourage continuous improvement.
*Continuously evaluate and measure the effectiveness and business impact of the training delivered, seeking opportunity for continuous improvement through various channels continually review development opportunities

Knowledge, skills & Experience required:

* Extensive experience in designing and delivering learning & development solutions
* Highly engaging facilitator
* Strong coaching skills
* Audience led facilitation techniques
* Appreciative enquiry
* Action learning groups
* Accelerated learning techniques to appeal to all audiences
* Ability to work in partnership with business colleagues to design and deliver blended
learning solutions
* Creative with a desire to shape innovative learning solutions
* Build influential relationships
* Pragmatism
* A relevant training and or management qualification
(e.g. CIPD, CTP, Training Foundation Diploma, CTTLS etc.)
* Experience of working in financial services/regulated environment
