As a HR Consultant you will help the business to deliver its strategic priorities, through generalist or specialist HR knowledge and expertise. This is achieved through working across the business and HR, Reward and L&D. This could be either project aligned and/or working with specific business areas to proactively lead initiatives to deliver measurable benefits to people performance.

HR Customer Service and ER Case Management:

  • Deliver excellent customer service by building strong, effective, proactive working relationships with internal customers, peers and colleagues
  • Provide expert advice on a range of HR queries and opportunities arising from within the business, in accordance to organizational policy and legislative requirement
  • Manage the ER Caseload

Projects:

  • Work closely with both Business and HR Leadership teams to contribute and deliver HR and Business initiatives and projects
  • Deliver a range of HR projects with emphasis on Business Change, Reward and L&D under guidance and support from HR subject matter experts

Change Management:

  • Contribute HR expertise to business meetings with senior managers and prepare formal proposals for initiatives as required
  • Lead and support change within business (or specialist) area
  • Continually critically evaluate HR policies, processes and systems and develop proposals for improvements and efficiencies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in supporting ER cases
  • Relevant HR experience
  • Ability of working in a fast-paced business environment
  • Experience of supporting the deployment of specialist HR initiatives, specifically L&D and Reward
  • Ability to influence and persuade challenging internal customer client base and external contacts
