Permanent HR Manager job available in Manchester paying up to £38k
Your new role
We are looking to recruit a senior level HR candidate for a client who is based just outside Manchester City Centre. Currently, the business has 280 staff within their organisations which consists of a range of specialist roles and more generalist supporting functions. The position will be a generalist HR Manager in a stand-alone role and will report straight to a senior level board member. As the role is a stand-alone role your duties will range from Hr Administration all the way through to managing more complex HR queries. The function also looks after L & D & resourcing and your role will be required to continue to support the business in these areas. The business is also looking to implement a new HR system so if you have gained experience in this area that would be really useful. Currently, payroll sits with finance although again if you have got this experience the business would be interested as previously payroll has set with HR. This is an opportunity to shape HR the way you would like to do with it being a stand-alone role and reporting straight to the top.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in a HR role, CIPD level 5.
Experience of implementing a new HR system & Payroll experience (although not essential)
Excellent IT skills and experience of using HR Data and running HR reports
