Recruitment Business Partner
Oakleaf are currently working with an exciting and growing high tech Telco organisation who are looking to appoint a Recruitment Business Partner to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Due to a huge growth period within the organisation and increased recruitment activities they need additional resource to help hire predominantly technical roles software engineers, JX developers and QA engineers as well as corporate functions, in conjunction with embedding recruitment and talent processes. This business is an exciting, growing, innovative and forward thinking one with lots of exciting plans ahead.Core responsibilities...360 recruitment - lead process from start to finish including advertising, interviewing and offeringManage and set up the company linked-in careers page, promoting company culture and brandBuild talent pool/pipeline across the businessWhere necessary, identify appropriate agencies to support with hiring, agreeing terms and SLA'sContinue to build on the recruitment trackers in place, ensuring all information is collated to track performance against KPIsWork with Head of HR and Directors to formalise structured interview questions for non-management rolesTo be successful for this role you must have previous in house experience. Ideally with a solid technology and industry knowledge with the ability to understand tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities. You much have a good eye for talent with the ability to engage candidates into the business. Gravitas and resilience are key, this is a growing business and requires someone who can work with ambiguity.
