Diversity & Inclusion Partner - Financial Services
A global asset management organisation based in the City of London is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Partner (permanent hire) to join the HR team. You will be responsible for working with the HR Director, ExecCo, CEO & L&D Manager to define and deliver the global Diversity & Inclusion strategy from scratch in a newly created position. This role will manage strategy, projects and D&I, Engagement / Cultural Change in a strategic and operational role.
You will be an accomplished D&I Partner, D&I Manager, Senior D&I Advisor or HR Change / Projects specialist, ideally with a track record operating in a global financial or professional services organisation. You will be comfortable working directly with leadership to define and deliver D&I strategy and manage D&I / Change related projects internally building excellent relationships with the business. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
