Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administration of Joiners, Leavers and Movers i.e. contract creation, contract changes, promotions, salary reviews, holiday queries and all administration related to employee benefits
  • Ensuring the HR folders are kept updated, accurate and compliant
  • Coordinate the on and off-boarding process'
  • Project management and analysis of data
  • Improving ways of working within HR; with the focus on payroll and HR administration
  • Benchmarking activities related to international compensation and benefit
  • Support recruitment activities, i.e. interview arrangements, and communication with candidates and external partners
  • Ensure that all HR related invoices are reviewed, approved and forwarded to finance for processing
  • Registration of sickness, leave and absence

Education and Experience

1 - 2 Years demonstrated experience within HR


  • Strong administration experience
  • Experience within vendor management
  • Highly organised and methodical in approach
  • Experience with Dutch labour law and payroll desirable
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Great eye for detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Dutch
  • The ability to deal with deadlines, targets and multiple priorities
  • Handles well under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office, Dashboards and System implementation
