Senior HR Business Partner
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced Head of HR or HRBP who has experience working in a large, complex organisation who must have supported IT or Technology teams. The perfect candidate will have worked in fast paced and changing environments, who can build relationships and influence skills at a very senior level. Working predominantly strategically, the candidate will recognise operational HR queries and be able to coach and support the leaders on how to manage these in the most effective way. You will have managed HR change programs in the past and have worked closely with senior executives where you have influenced decisions and built strong working relationships.
