Interim L&D Business Partner
My client, a market leading and well known e-commerce business, is seeking an interim L&D Business Partner for an initial 6 month contract.
Although the business has run some basic L&D initiatives over the last couple of years, you would be responsible for really kick starting the L&D journey more comprehensively.
You will be responsible for determining what tools/methods will be used for leadership/management development, conduct training needs analysis, present recommendations to the business around development gaps and how to address these as well as evaluating LMS options and making recommendations accordingly.
The successful candidate will be a self starter who is able to clearly evidence L&D project delivery in previous roles as well as demonstrate the impact on the business and subsequent ROI. You will be able to produce creative learning solutions, be results driven and always striving to exceed people's expectations.
