You will manage the delivery of the core operational Learning and Development plan for the all business areas.

As a L&D Specialist you will:

* Develop and maintain in house development programmes
* Support and implement appropriate operational Learning and Development interventions to address identified needs
* Produce L&D management information both qualitative and quantitative as required by the business
* Identify, develop and manage approved external suppliers to support the development and delivery of Learning and Development interventions
* Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders within the business to include:
* Validate, evaluate and measure training effectiveness and continuously improve and advise on industry leading learning practices
* Act as a point of expertise, offering advice on Learning and Development matters
* Maintain personal competence, keeping up to date with current market and best practices within L&D
* Support and, when required, lead on HR projects where development/learning is an integral element
* Ownership for designing and maintaining the Learning and Development Policies and Procedures
* Have a good understanding of Diversity & Inclusion and the ability to advise the business on it


You will:

  • Ideally holds a CIPD, CITP, NVQ level 3, 4 or equivalent qualification
  • Experienced and successful leader of people in a professional services L&D environment
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience of using L & D psychometric tools
  • Organised and able to handle multiple demands and deadlines simultaneously
  • Highly credible and seen as the go to person for L&D expertise within the firm
  • Able to be flexible in terms of a changing environment and changing workload
  • flexibility to travel

Job Offer

Salary between £35.000-£50.000 depending on experience + benefits
