Head of Reward
Oakleaf Partnership are representing a major retail brand based in central London recruiting for a Head of Reward. You will be leading a small team of reward experts to design and implement a market leading reward strategy. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of leading on reward projects/ reward strategies in complex, creative structures. As you will be leading a small team, you will be expected to be hands on with the technical work as well as strategic in the way you operate. Previous team management experience is desirable. This role will be reporting directly onto the COO and therefore the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders is essential. You will be responsible for leading on gender pay gap reporting and national living wage projects, as well as managing annual pay review processes and all other cyclical reward activity across the organisation.
