Our client is a leading East Anglian based business, with an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join them as HR Manager to lead their people agenda.

Working closely with the senior management team, the HR Manager will take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of a highly professional and HR service to the business. Supporting growth and the ever changing needs of the business, the role will develop and implement a number of commercial HR, people and business solutions to lead change within the organisation.

Managing a small HR team, key areas will include:
- Managing all operational Employee Relation issues
- Policy development
- Recruitment & Talent Attraction.
- Training & Development - including Performance Improvement, Management & Leadership Development.
- Pay & Reward

CIPD qualified, you will be an experienced HR Manager who thrives in a busy environment. You will have a proven track record of leading teams, coupled with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally as required. However, this role will be spent dealing with operational matters and as such you must be able to demonstrate a proven experience in leading key operational HR agendas. You will be passionate about people and exceptional customer service and come with a desire to add value and make a difference.
