A leading UK based Asset Management are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join the team. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development this role will focus on personal, professional and team development. As the Learning & Development Advisor you will lead and collaborate on a wide variety of L&D projects and activities. Responsibilities include:Design, schedule and deliver effective 70:20:10 learning approaches tailored to a variety of learner groups across all levelsUndertake analysis and evaluation of existing approaches to ensure materials, content and delivery methods maintain their relevanceLead on talent development areas that may include Management & Leadership amd ApprenticeshipsDevelop and deliver learning needs analyses, solutions and evaluation methods to agreed standards for new and exisiting learning eventsWork collaboratively with team members and in partnership with wider buisness stakeholders to ensure L&D interventions achieve required outcomesUtilisation of LMS system in ways that target and meet different learning types, demands and needsSupport where required in the design and delivery of process and FCA regulatory learningLead and deliver coaching and mentoring assignmentsSupport and deliver London-based monthly induction activities as requiredUndertake regular CPD to maintain and update L&D skills and knowledge relevant to sector As the Learning & Development Advisor, you will possess:Experience in coaching-led approaches to meeting learner needsA high level of experience in and successful track record of learning design and delivery from early career to senior executivesThorough knowledge of the full learning life cycleFamiliarity with talent frameworks Requirements of the Learning & Development Advisor include:Ablility to travel nationwide to deliver trainingDeep understanding and knowledge across a range of management and personal effectiveness topicsProficient in using Microsof Office for learning designDelivery of face-to-face learning and online learningExcelnnat presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with and influence individuals across all organisational levels from entry to Senior ExecutiveStrong organisational skills with an ability to work independantly and proactively.
