About the Team:

The Performance & Reward Centre of Excellence covers a wide variety of areas including; reviewing internal and external market pay, developing attractive benefit options, as well as policy governance and managing the bonus and share plans process.
As the Reward Manager you`ll gain valuable experience in connecting your reward knowledge to all reward activities and future reward developments at O2. You`ll be the key contact for Reward UK, specifically Executive Reward matters, and you`ll lead on a variety of projects and support wider HR initiatives.

-To be a key point of contact and lead on all Reward related matters within both the UK HR team and the wider business
-Acting as ambassador for delivering a great reward experience to our people through efficient and effective systems, processes and policies
-You`ll have specific focus on the Executive pay review and bonus process
-You`ll be involved in projects with a range of complex and high profile development initiatives
-You`ll contribute to the effective and confidential operation of all matters relating to UK Executive and NED appointments
Skills & experience:
-Experience of working in a similar role
-Experience with robust executive level reward
-Job evaluation and market benchmarking skills (particularly Hay and WTW)
-Experience of supporting a UK remuneration committee and its Directors strongly desirable
-Able to maintain a high level of personal credibility and excellent working relationships within a HR team and wider business, specifically with senior management
-Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong attention to detail is essential
