My client, a global FMCG business with HQ located in West London, Richmond are currently seeking a polished and high performing HR Advisor to join the team.

They are looking for someone to support the HR Team with the professional delivery of a generalist HR services in line with the business objectives and operational delivery.

Lead the monthly payroll reporting process ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll reporting in partnership with the local HR Administrator as well as the Payroll Team and Reward Administrator based in Scotland.

Co-ordinate and deliver new starter first week one to one HR inductions ensuring all relevant policies and processes are shared and outstanding documentation is collected.

Support the delivery of the Welcome to the business induction across Richmond and Hook sites and seek to constantly improve the programme in partnership with HR colleagues.

Manage and maintain HR data providing regular reporting and trend analysis for wider business communications as well as supporting key HR processes such as monthly reporting, bonus and salary review.

Review and analyse exit interview questions and data to provide insight and reporting as well as conducting exit interviews face to face where identified.

Project admin support for new overseas market office set up including liaison with service providers to ensure appropriate registrations are complete and right to work and tax requirements are met.

When requested oversee and specifically undertake recruitment selection activities to ensure that candidates are selected fairly, objectively and in accordance with Company/external best practice.

Lead Maternity and Shared Parental Leave cases ensuring leaders and employees are supported and process is managed effectively.

Monitor and manage attendance issues, identifying interventions and advising Leaders in order to maximise attendance. Provide monthly absence information and the monitoring of sick pay entitlement to Payroll.

Manage the Occupational Health Provision to ensure effective case referrals are made in a timely manner and advise the business accordingly.

Provide first line advice and query resolution for Leaders and staff on policies and procedures to ensure people related and to manage conflict effectively. Escalate employee relations issues to the Senior HRBP or HRM in an appropriate and consistent manner. Provide HR support for employee relations cases as delegated by Senior HRBP or HRM.

It is essential that you HR experience and that you have working in a fast pace and commercial business before. You must also have high attention to detail and strong numerical skills with

experience of payroll reporting.
