HR Coordinator 10 Months FTC
Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be partnering with one of the top professional services company based in Birmingham, who are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team on a fixed term contract of 10 months.
Working as part of the Student Hire team you will report directly to the student hire team coach, this is a faced paced exciting role dealing with the whole employee lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Delivering a smooth on-boarding experience for all candidates
- Inputting information into the HR system and ensuring 100% accuracy
- Complete all administration relating to the offer of employment processes, this include offer letters, joining instructions, referencing and welcome induction updating the HR systems
- Ensure the completion of pre-employment checks for new starters
- Process payroll changes
