Digital Learning ManagerPermanent£50,000 - £65,000 A permanent opportunity for a Digital Capability Learning Manager to own the development and engagement of learning processes in online and technology for a large retail business. The purpose of this role is to provide a fantastic colleague experience allowing the business to retain and attract the best talent. You will need to have knowledge of the latest learning trends and how people learn as well as designing and delivering learning solutions. This role it is imperative that you have DIGITAL and TECHNOLOGY experience. The key responsibilites:Working with leadership teams to understand the skills and capabilities required to help deliver their plansOwn the development, roll out and ongoing management across Technology and DigitalEnsure the learning and online learning resources align to stands and principlesIdentifying new learning needs within the functions supported and feed back outcomes to the central academy teamWork with online and technology people teams to identify opportunities to improve the capability of colleaguesMaximise the potential of the graduate programmes, internships and apprenticeships for Online and TechnologyIncorporate external learning trends and best practises. We are looking for an individual who has proven Online and Technology experience as well as a breadth of learning experience. The design and delivery piece is essential for this role.
