Learning & Development Business Partner (financial services)
A leading, city based insurance firm has a new requirement for a Learning & Development Manager / Business Partner to join them on a fixed term contract basis. Reporting into the Global Head of Learning & Development and working alongside a wider HR team, this role will have responsibility for:
- Partnering with Head of Business across the group, to understand L&D requirements, skills gaps and technical / regulatory learning requirements
- Lead on the development and review of the groups L&D strategy and training programmes.
- Liaise with third party suppliers in order to develop L&D solutions and to occasionally deliver specific training (e-learning)
- Delivery of soft skills training sessions
The successful candidate must have experience with the above, at Managerial / Business Partnering level, from within another financial services firm, preferably insurance. This is a 12 month contract role, to start in March and is paying circa £60k.
