Description

Reward Consultant, Analytics - Fixed Term Contract to:

  • Provide advice on the latest reward trends and initiatives, making the most of all available research, analysis and internal/external bench-marking
  • Carry out data research, analysis and presentation of bench-marking data in relation to salary and benefits and analysis of market data
  • Assist with design of pay, benefits and incentive schemes to ensure the remuneration structure is appropriate, consistent and market-competitive
  • Assist and support the reward cycle including salary review, bonus and other Reward initiatives
  • Carry out extensive research including new pay frameworks and new incentive scheme proposals
  • Conduct Gender pay reporting and associated analysis
  • Support HR teams with reward queries and solving problems
  • Manage survey submissions, sourcing data, matching roles and benchmarking analysis
  • Lead on and participate in a wide range of Reward related projects to develop and implement reward solutions that support business goals.

Profile

Reward Consultant, Analytics - Fixed Term Contract with:

  • Previous experience of working in Reward as a Reward Analyst/Specialist, ideally within a professional services organisation
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage and manipulate large data sets
  • Ability to make recommendations/develop business cases for improvements or changes based on data analysis
  • Experience delivering initiatives including: Pay Review, Equal Pay audits, salary surveys, bench-marking and pay ranges, incentive schemes, information management
  • Sound knowledge of pay and benefits trends and issues in the UK and related legislation and practice
  • Knowledge and experience of using personnel administrative systems
  • Ability to interact confidently with HR Managers and the wider team
  • Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
  • MS Office; specifically Excel - advanced level, PowerPoint
  • Project management skills; strong planning and organisational skills; ability to work to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience of either KeyPad or Compsource - highly desirable
  • Able to travel to West Sussex daily
