We are looking for an HR expert in all employee relations issues and be able to provide in-depth guidance and support across the HR spectrum.
This role will require you to deliver HR plans, coach our managers in dealing with their people issues, manage their cases, and on how to deliver organisational change. You will support on organisational restructures and be involved with policy development, so you will need to be knowledgeable in all aspects of policy writing, reviewing and implementing.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, be flexible, very approachable and have a cheerful welcoming approach to all you work with. This role will require you to have excellent employment law and IT skills, be well organised and be able to plan ahead and meet objectives going forward.
