HR Business Partner

The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a pro-active and solution focussed HR Business Partner to join a housing organisation in London. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR in delivery of a full Human Resources service to the directorate, in line with the People Strategy.

The Detail

The main accountabilities will include:

*Stakeholder engagement
*Manage Performance
*Lead on employee relations including; TUPE, redundancy, organisation change, disciplinaries and grievances
*Workforce Planning
*Ensure people management practices reflect employee brand, values and expected behaviours
*Succession mapping
*Support the implementation of Group Diversity & Inclusion strategies
*Health & Wellbeing

Skills and Experience

*Rounded HR experience across Employee Relations, TUPE, L&D, Talent Management and Recruitment
*Ideally have operated in a multi-site and unionised HR role
*Excellent analytical skills
*Strong stakeholder management
*CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification
