Learning Designer6 month FTCCity of London£50,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen within a specialist training company. Due to an extremely busy period for the client, they require a learning designer to join them on an initial 6 month basis to assist the Head of Leadership. To be successful in this position you must have previous design experience, and the ability to create high quality learning programmes and materials. Duties will include but are not limited to: Create new learning programmes, or refresh existing content - in-person experiences, or technology-enabled learningManage consultative conversations with client stakeholders to fully understand learning needs and outcomesCreate visually engaging and brand compliant learning materialsEnsure suitable evaluation metrics are defined at design stage and are measurableReview/edit existing content in light of post-course evaluation Key skills/experience: Must have designed in one or more of the following fields; leadership, management, professional skills, sales and commercial skillsAbility to create highly engaging, blended learning programmes that address bespoke business issues in a client centric organisationUnderstanding of applying new learning methodologies and technologies where relevantConfidence and ability to manage client and stakeholder relationshipsIdeally degree level educated or equivalent The nature of this role is a combination of research and development, and consultancy calls with the client. As this is a contract role, you must be available immediately or on short notice to be considered.
