A Reward Consultant is required for a 6 month Interim contract. This is very much a reward review and implementation role rather than highly strategic. Other accountabilities will include:
Annual pay and bonus scheme.
Reward implementation
Systems Implementation
Analyses the effectiveness of current incentive plans and bonus schemes.
External benchmarking.
HR Policy and advice.

The successful candidate needs to have significant experience in Compensation and Benefits implementation and introduction of new reward systems. A background working in large complex organisations is highly desirable. This role is to start asap. For more information, please contact me directly.
