HR Business Partner
I am working with a leading private healthcare provider who are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner for one of their prestigious hospitals. Based in central London, you will support the HR Director in providing great operational and strategic HR.
The role will support a hospital site and work autonomously with the business at all levels. You will have worked in a strategic capacity but also have very strong knowledge of UK employment laws and be able to take a hands-on approach when necessary. You will work on complex employee relations cases, support and mentor an HR Advisor, lead TUPEs and work on transformation and change from an HR point of view.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a professional or financial services environment as they are looking for someone from out of sector. You will be able to build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels and take a proactive approach to HR. Good knowledge of UK employment law and managing TUPE processes is essential and you will have worked on change programmes. A CIPD qualification is also required.
