HR Process Specialist for Success Factors
I am looking for a HR Process Specialist with strong experience within Success Factors.
The role will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development and alignment of HR processes across the European organisation.
- Providing change management processes and methods to ensure improvement and alignment.
- Supporting new process design and implementation enabled by the HR system.
- Supporting the IT department in understanding the functional system requirements
- Driving change management activities related to the implementation of new processes, functionalities and reporting.
- Providing reports on qualitative and quantitative HR data to the organisation.
- Driving training needs analysis.
- Developing training strategy including the curriculum and plan, then delivering the training.
Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role.
