Global HR project role available in Manchester paying up to £400 a day

Your new company
You will be joining a well known global organisation who are looking for support to work on a specific HR project based in Manchester

Your new role
Working alongside the HR Manager you will specifically joining the organisation to complete a project for a period of 6 weeks to start with. The organisation currently have a number of staff working in a number of European & US countries in approximately 15 different countries and are looking for somebody to come in and analyse all the legal processes, policies, terms and conditions, benefits and contracts. You role will be to create a specific matrix for each country and ensure that there is clarity in terms of the correct processes and legislation required and to create a checklist for future staff who are employed. You will be responsible for carrying our a risk compliance audit and produce reports. Review salaries v exchange rates - advise on future process, home risk assessments, pre-employment medicals, working arrangements. Source suppliers for any mandatory requirements outside of payroll provider coverage. Review expenses arrangements/policy & advise on any necessary amendments. Conduct a Benefits Review - To establish whether we can align non- mandatory UK benefits globally to be more consistent. On-boarding Process - Produce a 'checklist' from offer stage to start date. Review handbooks/Policies - Assess suitability/relevance of current policies and whether country appropriate policies are a mandatory requirement.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for fully qualified HR candidates who have gained extensive experience managing European & Us members of staff and understanding of employment legislation and different legal terms and conditions.
The role will be suitable for somebody who has operated in this space previously and somebody who has a really strong employee relations background and understanding of employment legislation.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered an interim role paying up to £400 per day which will be for a specific project that will last at least 6 weeks with a globally recognised brand.
