Polish Speaking Labour Co-ordinator
Page Personnel Cardiff are recruiting a Polish Speaking Labour Co-ordinator to report to the Project Resource Manager, your main responsibility will be to supply labour to projects across the company UK wide.
Our client operate worldwide, with a focus on providing the effective delivery of project management and execution throughout the energy and power sectors.
* Supply labour to projects across the company
* Administration of Polish HR Labour database
* Coordinate all aspects of documents including passport/visa applications and police record checks
* Produce reports in relation to manpower levels
* Provide out of hours labour requests
* Liaise with Project Managers for all labour related issues such as logistics and accommodation
* Support the HR strategy for the business.
*Fluent in Polish written and verbal
* Strong Admin skills
* Ability to manage workload efficiently
* Analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
* Confident in dealing with high volumes of work and multi task
* Strong communicator
Salary - £18,000 - £18,500
