This niche Asset Management firm of 400 employees requires an experienced Inclusion Partner.
*Manage the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion related activities across the Company, to build workforce capability, increase employee engagement and support the retention of talent.
*Conduct structured analysis to determine D&I needs
*Oversee the annual Gender Pay Report
*Embed D&I cultural behaviours through the performance and behaviour framework
*Review policies and procedures
*Make recommendations for recruitment activities and processes
*Embed unconscious bias training
Essential skills & experience:
*Proven Diversity & Inclusion experience
*Financial Services preferred but not essential
*Graduate or intern programme experience
*Sit in HR or L&D function
*Excellent relationship management
What's on offer?
