HR Partner – Projects
This is a really interesting role working for a large and complex business in a project capacity. Working directly for the HR Director for Operations you will be looking at HR related projects that will include elements of reward and recognition, talent management, looking at HR metrics and coaching an development. You will be working alongside your HR colleagues and directly with the operational managers across the business.
Ideally you will have a HR generalist background with an exceptional ability of coaching and developing line managers to enable them to deliver some of the projects you are responsible for. You will need to have a strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and be able to interpret and present statistics to the wider HR and operational team. This is a really varied and high profile role that would be a good next step for a capable junior HR Business Partner or Senior HR Adviser. The role will be home based but you will be travelling 3 days a week on average . A midlands base would be ideal.
