My client are a international health-care specialist based in Central London. Due to an exciting time of growth for the business we are looking to assist with a Head of HR opportunity. They are looking for someone to join them on an interim basis while they recruit permanently for this position. This role will report into the Managing Director and the Head of HR will be responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the UK business. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong Organisational Development, Recruitment and Engagement experience for this opportunity.

This is a really exciting opportunity for an individual who has worked within the Pharmaceutical

or Healthcare industry previously.

Detailed Duties:

Organisational Development - support the leadership teams and operational management teams on all HR issues. Develop a training programme for all staff across the business.

Engagement - Work with the leadership teams to develop and implement a UK employee survey and develop plans to drive employee engagement.

Legal and Compliance - Provide and manage a professional HR advisory service and holding companies. Communicate to the senior management teams and head of department on legislative changes and their impact

Recruitment - Define a recruitment and retention strategy for the UK workforce, Develop the EVP and messaging to attract talent pipelines and succession planning
