The core brief for this role is recruitment, attraction, onboarding and some learning & development coordination and the administraiton associated with all of the above. Working 4 days a week you will have a great "can do" attitude and amazing attention to detail to support the Talent & HR teams in their work. A strong communicator who is very comfortable dealing with people at all levels you will also posess exceptional Excel skills. Used to working with agency recruiters to satisfy the demands of this fast paced / high volume business you will also be comfortable working on direct hiring across all social media platforms. Your role will support with the coordination of L&D activity for the team, scheduling all interview arrangements and coordinating feedback. You will also have responsibility for offer packs, new joiner information and some graduate recruitment also.
