We are currently recruiting for an interim HR Manager to join our client for 9-12 months to cover a maternity contract. Reporting to the Head of HR, the purpose of role is to act as the link between the operational HR team and the Senior stakeholders providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance on all HR activities such as:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Talent and Succession Planning
- Compensation and Benefits
- Employee Relations
- Organisational Design and Changes
- HR Reporting and Analytics
You should have extensive knowledge and understanding of UK employment practices and be able to demonstrate an understanding of variances in an international setting. You should also have sound knowledge and proven application of tried and tested recruitment and selection methods. The ideal candidate will come from a commercial environment and while the client is sector agnostic, any coverage from a technology or consulting environment would be advantageous.
