A London based Wealth Management firm are looking for a Learning & Development /HR Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for the design and delivery of L&D interventions that supports the current and future needs of the business along with other Generalist duties as and when needed.

This role will predominantly focus on L&D and as the Learning & Development/HR Manager, main duties will include:

Building and maintaining strong partnerships with managers and supporting all aspects of the employee development

Developing metrics/KPI's to assess the return on investment of key programmes and courses

Managing Learning & Development admin as required

Building and maintaining L&D programmes and initiatives that enable the business, support the employee-led culture and build upon strategic goals

Forging partnerships with existing and prospective new external partners to ensure the training interventions are commercially viable

Diagnosing organisational issues and designing solutions to support change initiatives that support highly effective team development

Coordinating the provision of Senior Development Programmes through robust programme and stakeholder management of internal and external parties

Developing frameworks and core programmes in business development, personal effectiveness and leadership to consistently build organisational and line management capability

Reviewing, designing and executing graduate induction and training boot camp

Supporting the HR & Recruitment Manager to identify top talent

General operational HR support

As the Learning & Development/HR Manager, you will possess:

Experience of being a Learning & Development professional with substantial experience of design and delivery of an extensive range of training and development

Strong academics

Ideally CIPD qualified or willing to work towards

Experience of working with SAP systems

Strong relationship building skills
