Talent Acquisition Specialist
I am working with a Global Management Consultancy firm based in The City, on a Talent Acquisition Advisor role. Reporting into the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will encompass the full lifecycle of Recruitment and will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. A real 360 Recruitment role, you will have full autonomy for recruiting into your specific secors within the business and responsibilities will include: Sourcing relevant candidates at all levels, primarily direct but also some agency recruitmentScreening and interviewing candidatesBuilding candidate pipelinesOrganising recruitment events such as career fairsCreating offer letters and contracts, completing internal processesBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing advise on best practiseGenerating new ideas and ways of practiseProject based work on skills and interests The ideal candidate will possess:Excellant communication skills, both written and verbalConfident approach working with colleagues and candidates of all levelsProfessionality at all timesExcellant attention to detailHigh levels of discretionExperience of recruiting permanent roles in a Professional Services environmentStrong MS Office skills This role would be ideal for individuals who have agency experience within Professional Services, looking to move in house.
