HR Systems Lead
My client is a leader in its field looking for an accomplished HR Systems Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and changing HR environment in which you would lead and execute a signification change project within a matrix business.
To lead and manage a systems change project ready for implementation and roll out across the business
To identify and implement changes in functionality and work-flow
To act as a primary liason with IT for HR systems contract management -
To recommend changes to current processes to provide more effective use of HR systems and take the lead as a project manager to implement these changes
Manage and coach a small team of HR Systems Analysts
Managing and influencing senior stakeholders across the business
Experience of knowledge of Successfactors is essential
Significant experience in multi-system HR management is essential
Proven experience of lead system change projects.
Capable of working within a business partner/matrix structure.
