Vice President HR
A Global body is looking to attract a Vice President - HR to lead the people and change strategy as they grow and continue through a cultural transformation post merger. The Organisation have numerous sites globally with Head Office based in the City of London.
About the Role
Leading a sizeable team globally the VP HR will deliver the people strategy and act as advisor to the Board on ensuring talent is in place and fully engaged to drive a high performance culture within a growing Organisation.
In brief, key accountabilities will revolve around:
- Talent strategy and innovation
- Acting as strategic advisor to the Business and its Leaders
- Building organisational effectiveness
- Overseeing global HR operations
- Leading a team of 25 globally
- Improving the global HR technology solution
- Developing capability of HR analytics to influence decision making
- Reviewing the Organisation's compensation and benefits offering
We are looking for an accomplished, strategic Senior HR professional who can demonstrate successful integration within a global Organisation post merger. You will be a charismatic leader who brings a degree of passion to their role. You will be confident to lead an Organisation through change, and create and develop a positive people culture whilst delivering the Organisation's business objectives in a commercial environment. You will have proven leadership experience across multiple geographies and complex businesses. You will possess executive presence and be familiar working with a Board of Directors. A Fellow of the CIPD would be preferred who is open to monthly global travel. An individual with an understanding of reporting to a Board in North America would be advantageous.
