HR Process Lead
My client is a leader in its field and a household name looking for an accomplished HR Process Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and changing environment in which you would develop, design and implement process and continuous improvement across the HR and wider teams.
To assess business needs and processes and challenge current ways of working; support HR areas to assess and design optimal processes.
To act as a change agent and subject matter expert in relation to managing process design; creating, planning and executing
To work with the Reward team to implement process alignment and change, ensuring that we are aligned with business requirements through transparency and accuracy
To partner HRDS&P leader, acting as a change agent in delivering a strategic transactional improvement plan
Lean 6 process management is essential
Project Management Qualification (Prince2 etc) is desirable
Proven experience in process improvement
Proven experiences of lead process change projects is essential
Previous experience of working within a large matrix organisation.
