Head of People
Annapurna has partnered with a technology company to find their next Head of People.
This role will work alongside the MD to design and implement the people function globally.
The Head of People will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle and will also look at:
- Organisational design: How do we grow? Where do we need people? Who do we need? What do they look like?
- Recruitment: from attractions right through to development: How do we look to the market? How do we get the best talent and keep them?
- Development: How do we ensure our people are getting the best possible development?
- Comps and bens: How do we ensure our people feel valued?

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a small business and ideally in a stand alone role and will be degree educated or equivalent.
