We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join a well known technology company located in Berkshire.
This role will sit in the Head office and provide advice and support to management and employees on all HR related issues.
Along with the general HR responsibilities, this person will also be responsible for:
- Pay reporting
- Compensation and benefit support
- Internal communications
- Pre employment screening and on boarding
- Payroll queries
- Learning and development
The preferred candidate will be an experienced HR Administrator, be familiar with Workday, possess excellent organisational and Excel skills and have previously worked in a busy HR function.
