The Opportunity

A highly reputable and trusted brand is looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator who works well under their own initiative. In this role you will be supporting an HRBP with a range of generalist tasks. This is a great opportunity to work for a successful company and to learn and grow in the role, getting some great exposure across all areas of HR. In addition, the company is going through an exciting period of change where you will play a key part.

The detail

You will report to the HRBP and will deliver all generalist HR elements, as well as drive quality across the full spectrum of HR. Accountabilities include:
*Manage HR Administration tasks to support the effective delivery of various HR programmes
*Ensure data and due diligence is collated by the HR Service Centre, producing statistical reports and presentations to a variety of stakeholders
*Supporting with the development of new job descriptions and assisting with recruitment processes
*Manage and resolve employee HR issues, queries and questions as they arise
*Involvement in various HR projects

Skills and Experience
*You must have previous experience as an HR Administrator supporting in a generalist capacity
*Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work under your own initiative
*Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Must have intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
