Senior Human Resources Business Partner
We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our client, a leading commercial organisation based in Norwich.
You will find yourself working within an engaged, high performing, corporate environment operating from a sophisticated HR model partnering with top level executives.
Reporting to the Head of HR, and as a member of the senior leadership team, you will support the senior leaders and employees in the revenue raising frontline business units. You will advise, establish and drive the HR agenda and solutions needed to meet the business outcomes.
Your primary responsibility is to be a strategic advisor/ HR Business Partner to the senior management team and their employees. You will partake in developing and executing the people agenda, ensuring alignment to the business strategy and priorities. You will find yourself consulting on a broad range of people-related topics, including leadership development, talent and succession planning, organisational design, diversity and employee advocacy.
To be considered for this exciting role you will have strong experience as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner within ideally a large corporate matrix organisation.
You will have proven ability to effectively create and implement HR strategy and projects. It's important that you have experience of leading significant people interventions from initial diagnostic phase through to delivery which can contribute to the business.
You will have exceptional communication, influencing skills and a credible presence. You will also have proven ability to build strong relationships, working effectively with colleagues, clients & other key stakeholders.
