Our client is looking for a HR Generalist to join their busy, fast-paced HR function based in Coleford on a 3 month basis.
Our client is well known brand based in Coleford, operating in the manufacturing and production industry - they have hired permanently into their HR team and are looking for some interim cover while they are waiting for the permanent candidate to start with them.

The HR Advisor position is very much a broad HR Generalist role supporting the Business Partners. In the interim the expectation will be around adding value to the casework the business is running with, so the focus will be towards Employee Relations in the first instance.
You will be involved in the whole employee life cycle from talent development to objective setting, capability and performance management, and this will be focused around the background of the chosen candidate (depending on their skills and attributes).
The chosen HR Generalist will ideally come from a unionised, manufacturing, or similar environment.
You will be able to hit the ground running from an operational perspective, having had a proven track record in a similar role, and a strong knowledge of ER. A strong generalist background is required.
You will be looking for a fast-paced, changing environment, and will be able to start at short notice.
A three month temporary HR Generalist position in Coleford - competitive rate of pay. The organisation is happy to be flexible on hours for the right candidate as the contract proceeds, and are happy to consider a FTC if this suits the chosen candidate.
