We have partnered with a leading global clinical research business who are looking for an HR Manager to take responsibility for a population based in the UK and across London. Reporting into Head Office in the US, you will work with the Regional Leadership teams to support their people needs.
The role will cover the full generalist remit. You will take the lead on recruiting and staffing strategies during a period of growth, manage training compliance in this regulated industry and manage employee relations and development issues. The role will partner with management and support them with any issues and coach them through processes. You will work with the global HR team in rolling out projects and be comfortable with right to work and visa requirements. You will have line management responsibility for a small team of HR Generalists and Administrators.
The successful candidate will have good multi-national generalist HR experience and have worked in a CRO, scientific or technical business with international and line management experience. You will have a track record of working with senior leaders, managing complex employee relations and having sensitive discussions. You will take a hands-on approach to HR, have strong UK employment law knowledge, be comfortable across the employee lifecycle and used to coaching and supporting senior management. It is beneficial to be able to speak another European language.
