HR Business Partner 
£65,000 + bonus + benefits 

A highly successful, multinational FS Syndicate based in central London is looking to hire a diligent, hardworking and personable HR Business Partner on a permanent basis 

To support the Head of HR with the design, delivery and/or coordination of HR operational and organisational development initiatives that support and achieve business projects / objectives aligned to Company strategy. 

*Support the Head of HRD with design, delivery and/or coordination of HR operational and organisational development initiatives instructed by the CEO.
*Oversee the HR and Recruitment weekly team meetings and actions are addressed with regular progress maintained on projects.
*Support the Head of HRD and Compensation and Benefits Analyst with support during the annual compensation review process.
*Support the Head of HRD with restructuring and reporting lines changes, in line with Company objectives, ensuring these are conducted 
*Partner with hiring managers / teams in the identification of hiring needs, management of recruitment and selection processes, and coaching and mentoring managers, in line with the recruitment policy and procedures. 
*Manage the process and documentation for promotions and employment changes; partner with the Payroll and Compensation Analyst to ensure these are processed through payroll. 

*Experience in Financial Services would be desirable due to sector specific regulation/regulatory understanding. Furthermore, SME exposure is advantageous to show breadth of responsibility and adaptability to a fast paced environment. 
*Versatile, solutions driven and a breadth of generalist HR experience in an FCA regulated market. 
* Commercial mindset 
* Very good attention to detail and MI understanding 
* Commercially focused 
* Experience in writing policies
