A leading Real Estate business in London is looking for an HR Advisor to work in their HR Operations team. Working within a wider team, you will cover the whole eployee lifecycle with a focus on employee relations.
Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will need to build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels to understand the business and provide a great HR service. This is a very hands-on role that will focus on employment contracts, employee relations, leavers, HR policies, pay reviews and management information. Working across the employee lifecycle, you will gain great exposure across the whole employee lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have worked in a commercial business, preferably within the Estate Agency, Recruitment, Retail or Hospitality sectors, though any sales-focussed businesses will be considered. You will have a knowledge of UK employment law, have dealt with volume employee relations caseloads and be comfortable dealing with a wide range of first line HR queries. You will have lead investigations and be comfortable supporting managers through any staff issues. You will be credible, proactive and able to work with a range of stakeholders.
