Our client, an organisiation that has extensive health, employment and disability experience is seeking qualified professionals who are either on the NMC or HCPC register to join them in this exciting venture. Details below:
Job Title: Clinical Support Manager
Hours: F/T, Perm (flexible hours Mon-Fri)
Location: East and South East London
Role: To provide clinical leadership, governance and audit your assigned Health Care Professionals, ensuring all are competent, efficient and effective in their role. You will coach and mentor Health Care Professionals to enable them to deliver high quality services in line with key performance targets, ensuring that all Cases are managed effectively and in line with agreed service levels and KPI's. Signpost cases to additional experts where appropriate (e.g. OH Physician or Clinical teams) and organise further medical evidence from customers, GPs or Specialists and/or Network Physicians where appropriate. You will have the ability to meet deadlines, produce MI (management information) reports and undertake audit activities. Experience of working toward meeting or exceeding structured targets and deadlines. Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to customer care.
Qualifications & experience: You will be either an experienced Registered General Nurse, Registered Mental Health Nurse or HCPC registered (such as Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists or Social Workers). A qualification in training is desirable although not essential.
