Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering with a leading third sector Organisation based out of the North West, to recruit a Head of Reward to develop and manage the organisations Reward strategy. £70K + Car + Benefits

Reporting into the Group HR Director and working closely with the Senior Leadership team,
duties will include:
*Defining and creating the company Reward Strategy in line with the organisations business plan
*Management and leadership development
*Ensure the successful delivery of reward improvements
*Responsibility for the project management of Reward schemes
*Undertake location pay and bonus modelling.
*Responsibility for pension management

The successful candidate will possess proven experience working a senior reward position within a dynamic business environment.

About You
*Strong specialist reward experience.
*A proven track record of development and implementation of reward schemes.
*Track record of implementation of flexible benefits and pension schemes.
*Strong analytical skills.
