As Resourcing Lead you will have full accountability for resourcing within the Division, working closely with senior stakeholders and HR.
You will work alongside the Head of Resourcing delivering a resourcing plan in line with growth plans and headcount requirements.

As Resourcing Lead you will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements both now and in the future - looking at succession planning and talent pipeline in line with business needs and growth targets.
This varied role will involve delivering a tailored solution to your stakeholders, recruiting specialist roles through a direct sourcing model and where applicable working with 3rd parties.
You will also manage supplier relationships to ensure the best quality candidates as well as making recommendations and implementing changes to the PSL.
Delivery against key metrics to deliver operational and cost efficiency that deliver clear insights and change requirements.
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar client side resourcing role where there has been a mix of operational and strategic responsibility.
Ideally you will have worked within an RPO/similar setting.
You must have strong commercial awareness and experience of successfully developing and implementing new and innovative resourcing strategies.
Resilience, high EQ and sound stakeholder management skills are also key.
You must be able to balance the need for quality alongside some high volume campaigns.
Up to £45k base salary + bonus
