Interim HR Business Partner
Ashley Kate HR is pleased to be partnering with a commercially focused client in Oxford (OX4) on an Interim HR Business Partner role on a 12 month fixed term contract. The position has developed due to them implementing a new HRIS system into the business.
Reporting to the HR Director you will partner with Senior Directors across the 200 headcount business to achieve business goals through a focus on people. You will be responsible for coaching and supporting managers, thus ensuring they are equipped to roll out the change to their teams.
Your main focus once on board will be to put in place a local HR agenda and plan, you will lead and implement the project and initiatives and support the senior management team on people performance. You will need to work closely with the Directors to manage risk, build capability and ensure their people are engaged.
HR Business Partner - the Person
You must have proven HR leadership experience. Working with Senior Managers in a partnering environment.
You must have strong change management and project experience.
Demonstrable experience of developing leadership capability through coaching and management experience.
Strong influencing skills
CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
