Interim Head of Talent Acquisition
My client, a global pharmaceutical company, is urgently seeking an interim Head of Recruitment to set up their internal talent acquisition function on an initial 6-12 month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and make their mark by designing and implement the client's recruitment function from scratch. There is nothing in place currently so you will be responsible for everything from implementing processes, building the careers site, gaining stakeholder buy in as well as operational recruitment and much more.
You will ideally have worked within either a pharmaceutical or manufacturing business previously however this is not a pre-requisite. The successful candidate however must have clear experience of building an internal TA function from scratch. Whilst there is operational recruitment involved in the role this is unsurprisingly a business critical hire and you must be able to demonstrate past success in this space.
Given the urgency the client is seeking someone immediately available however candidates on notice will be considered.
