Your new role
As HR Advisor in London, you will be responsible for providing dedicated administrative support to a global business whilst supporting the wider business in the HR Operations Team. You will be in a HR Generalist role, acting as first point of contact and will provide advice to managers and employees on benefits and policies. You are also responsible for managing the general queries in the HR Inbox, as well as note taking and drafting correspondence relating to disciplinary and grievances. The role is extraordinarily varied with no day being like the previous or the next.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be to driven & motivated; a self-starter with awareness of the market and current trends. You must have exquisite stakeholder management skills. HR Advisor and generalist experience is essential. You must be accustomed to working in a fluid, diverse and fast paced work environment with first rate interpersonal and communication skills and the confidence to communicate with people across all levels of the company in London. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential and other HR systems knowledge advantageous.
